Hands down the best Dr's office I've ever been to. I will continue to drive the extra length to see Zal and Nicole. They are the best and they genuinely care. I feel like way more than a patient there. They are amazing. No comparison.

I had met with Zal Parham twice. Both times she mentioned β€œif you want help with your weight, we’re here to help you.” I never went in asking for help with weight loss, and have worked hard to lose 40+ lbs on my own over the past year. No mention was made of that until I pointed it out and the response was β€œbut your BMI still isn’t where we want it to be.” BMI is a bullshit made up calculation of health. My needs were not addressed, and because my heart rate was slightly elevated, she put me on a beta blocker, told me my perimenopause rage was anxiety, and to take Evening Primrose for my issues with perimenopause. My major issue of gastrointestinal issues was ignored until I brought it up and I was told”stop eating food that upsets your stomach” and was prescribed Pepcid. I had requested more migraine medicine which she had provided me through samples at my first visit and told me β€œI’m not going to prescribe this for you because it’s too expensive and insurance doesn’t usually pay for it, but ask me for more and I’ll give you more.” That request was also ignored and the CNA told me that she didn’t have samples in the office, which I know is a lie because she gave them to me las

I was seen by Sadie Garner, NP and had a fantastic first visit. She was personable, knowledgeable and overall a great provider. I left feeling well cared for with a care plan that was not overwhelming but a good place to start. I look forward to continuing my care with Sadie and can’t recommend her enough. Thanks for the great visit!

When I called the office to let them know I was running late due to traffic I was told that if I came in more than 10 min late I would have to reschedule. No concern for how sick I was or even an offer to check with the provider. So I’m sitting in traffic with a fever and my map is telling me I’ll be 12 min. Late and the office person was just like β€œoh well.” Cool. I’ll just turn around and go home. When did the doctors office quit caring about patients as individuals. I feel like I was just a dot on the screen to reschedule. Who care if I’m in pain or have an infection or whatever. Just made me want to go somewhere else for my primary care.

I am updating my previous review because of a recent experience that unfortunately confirmed my concerns about this clinic. At a prior appointment, I felt extremely uncomfortable with how my provider focused on my weight and attempted to require an unrelated follow-up centered around diet planning, despite my visit being for a different medical concern. I later communicated to the clinic that this approach made me uncomfortable, and I chose not to return for that specific follow-up. Fast forward to this past week: I requested a routine refill of my asthma medication. Despite multiple requests from both myself and my pharmacy over the course of nearly a week, the prescription was not filled. Only after several calls did I finally receive a message stating that the medication would not be refilled unless I came in for an unrelated follow-up appointment. Being effectively denied a necessary asthma medication after expressing discomfort with a prior visit and after days of delays and unclear communication was incredibly distressing and felt inappropriate. This medication had been refilled previously without issue, and there was no clear explanation given upfront as to why it was sudd
